Wedding Perfume Bar - Le Comptoir Olfactif

A mobile perfume bar at your wedding. Our counter arrives at your venue and opens during the reception. Guests are welcomed by our hosts, walked through three or four accords composed for your wedding, and leave with a 30 ml bottle labelled in your names. (We have every size of bottle available on demand!)

It runs alongside the drinks, nobody has to sit down, nobody has to commit. Between eight and twelve minutes per guest; with two hosts over three hours we comfortably serve 80 to 100 people. (We have the possibility to welcome much larger groups on demand!).

What is included

•    Up to 3 hours of service, two trained hosts

•    The counter, the essences, the blending tools and all glassware

•    Three to four accords composed for your wedding, approved by you beforehand

•    A 30 ml Eau de Parfum for every guest served, with a personalised label

•    Delivery, setup and breakdown, we leave the venue as we found it

How the booking works

This reservation holds your date. It is a deposit of 40%, deducted in full from your final invoice. Once it is placed we come back within one working day with a proposal built on your guest count, your timings and your venue.

What your venue needs to provide

•    About 6 m² - a table of roughly 2 × 1 m with room to stand around it

•    One standard power socket within reach

•    Access 90 minutes before opening and 45 minutes after closing

•    Outdoors is possible if the counter is covered and out of direct sun

Good to know

•    Hosted in English and German as standard, French, Spanish, Italian or Russian on request

•    All essences are IFRA-compliant and fully documented

•    We carry full public liability insurance, certificate sent to your venue on request

•    Beyond 50 km: €0.80/km, with accommodation added past 150 km

•    Once we have your date, we keep it. Wedding bookings are never subject to a minimum-participant cancellation.
