Shipping Policy

We do not ship physical goods. Everything sold in our online store is an experience or a digital product.

Workshop tickets and Perfume Bar bookings. Your booking confirmation is sent by email right after purchase. Please show it, printed or on your phone, when you arrive.

Gift cards. Gift cards are delivered by email, usually within a few minutes, to the address entered at checkout. You can print them or forward them to the recipient.

Your creations. The perfume or room spray you create during a workshop is yours to take home the same day. No delivery is needed.

In-store products. Products from our Perfume Bar are sold on site at our studios: Munich (Schleißheimer Straße 74, 80797 München) and Berlin (Gubener Str. 23, 10243 Berlin).

No shipping costs are charged. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@atelierinspire.de.
